As The Rustic Gourmet I aim to provide delicious food, using really fresh ingredients prepared with care. Ingredients may be foraged, harvested from my garden or purchased from trusted and reliable local producers and suppliers with whom I have built good relationships.
I have catered events at Plas Cadnant, and The Outbuildings on Anglesey, Fort Belan on the Lleyn Peninsular, Casterne Hall and Tissington Hall in Derbyshire.

I will help you make informed choices, telling you about what is in season and the best local produce. This doesn’t mean I won’t go further afield for ingredients, olive oil, lemons, spices…
